Curtain raiser for chic show homes in Bracknell Two stylish show homes are to be unveiled this weekend (January 17/18) at Redrow's new homes venture in Bracknell. The award-winning housebuilder will be raising the curtain on a pair of four-bedroom homes at its Aaragon Mews development, which is part of the larger Jennett's Park scheme.

The first showcase property, a stylish ‘Greenway' townhouse, has been dressed by professional interior designers with family living in mind. The layout includes a ground floor family living area adjacent to the kitchen, as well as an additional lounge on the first floor, which provides a quiet retreat away from the ‘hub' of the home downstairs.

Holly Finer, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: "In keeping with our homes providing rooms which balance lively family life with more relaxing spaces, our designers have used a bold deep red corner sofa and burgundy feature to create a warm and lively family room. While in the upstairs lounge the colour scheme is more muted and relaxed with use of whites, beige and natural woods and just a flash of red to add vibrancy in this more grown up space."

The ‘Hambledon' home is also perfect for families, and it too has a third floor, which has been created in the cleverly converted roof space and features two good-sized bedrooms in addition to the two bedrooms on the first floor.

Holly added: "In the Hambledon the designers have created a luxurious feel, with duck egg blue, beige and bronze soft furnishings and accessories. The whole ambiance is relaxing and classic."

As well as opening the new show homes, Redrow is offering buyers a fantastic 10% discount on houses and a massive 15% discount on apartments this weekend.

And with apartments already competitively priced from £149,950 and three and four-bedroom homes from £282,950, buyers can secure a fabulous deal.

Redrow's Aaragon Mews development is part of Jennett's Park, a joint housing venture which, as well as featuring a country park of 91 acres in the future, will also come complete with a doctor's surgery, primary school and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Just five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 - perfect for commuters.

The show home launch weekend is taking place between 10am and 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, January 17 and 18, at the development off Peacock Lane, Bracknell. For more information, log on to Redrow.co.uk.
