Antler Homes launches in Maidenhead

Antler Homes launches in Maidenhead Antler Homes will be hosting an Open House at its Newlands Chase development in Maidenhead on May 2 and 3 for anyone who wants to take a look at the show home.

The doors to Newlands Chase will be wide open throughout the weekend, enabling visitors to come and go as they please, speak with the mortgage advisors and sales executives and to let them see for themselves why Antler has a reputation for building luxury bespoke homes.

Local agents will also be on hand throughout the weekend to answer questions about Antler Homes’ part exchange offering. Available on the last remaining home, the scheme means a guaranteed price, no estate agents fees or HIPS and also takes away the hassle of selling an existing property. With the average home taking over three months to sell, Antler Homes will move quickly, making an offer within seven days (subject to terms and conditions).

Tim Foreman, Sales Director for Antler Homes, explains: “Open houses are often associated with the sale of second hand homes, but we wanted to give potential purchasers the opportunity to come and look at a new house – the last remaining home at Newlands Chase - over the period of a weekend. With no appointments necessary, visitors can turn up at a time convenient to them. ”

Newlands Chase is a gated development a short distance from Maidenhead town centre. Plot five is the last remaining home at the development and, priced at £749,950, is a four bedroom detached home with study and integrated garage.

Designed for family living, the home features a spacious open plan kitchen, breakfast and family area which is certain to be the hub of this home. There is also a separate living and dining area, ensuring that peace and quiet can be found – if desired! The first floor features two en-suite bedrooms – both with fitted wardrobes – two further bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate study.

Finished to the highest of standards, the home features granite work surfaces and Siemens stainless steel appliances in the kitchen as well as ceramic floor tiles and classic white sanitaryware to bathrooms and en-suites. The home also features an exciting home technology system, with the provision of an advanced cabling infrastructure to create a flexible home network. This means buyers can establish their own computer, telecom and television distribution arrangements throughout the home. Purchasers can also buy wall mounted LCD or plasma screens, multi-room music, digital jukeboxes and DVD packages as well as integrated control systems.

Located on the western edge of Maidenhead, Newlands Chase is within close proximity of the A404 which gives access to the M4 and M40. The town’s train station also has frequent services to London Paddington, making Newlands Chase the ideal base for a commuter or frequent traveler.

Visit during the Open House weekend on May 2 and 3, or visit the show home and marketing suite from Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm.
