Redrow is dressed for success in Bracknell

Redrow is dressed for success in Bracknell A survey which found over half of prospective purchasers rely on show homes for inspiration has proved to be spot on, with an influx of sales at a Bracknell new homes venture since two were launched earlier this year.

The opening of the four-bedroom ‘Greenway’ and ‘Hambleton’ fully furnished properties spearheaded a flurry of reservations at Redrow’s Aaragon Mews, part of the popular Jennett’s Park development in the town.

The first release of nine homes at Aaragon Mews has sold and award-winning Redrow is now launching a further view home next weekend (18th April) to coincide with the release for sale of a new set of three-bedroom properties from just £269,950.

Holly Finer, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Eastern) says: “An online survey conducted by Redrow confirmed show homes are still a strong marketing tool when it comes to helping buyers make a decision on a new home, even with the advent of computer generated images and virtual fly-throughs. A show home is very real, something people can see and touch, and it lets people see the full potential of a property.

“We’re adding to the fully furnished show homes with a three-bedroom Farnell, which is complete and has been fitted with flooring and carpets throughout. With its living space spread over three floors, its flexible layout will appeal to a variety of buyers from growing families to young professionals or even friends looking to share. Whilst serving as a view home for other three-bedroom homes it’s also available to buy.”

Aaragon Mews is part of Jennett’s Park, a joint housing venture which, as well as featuring a country park of 91 acres in the future, will also come complete with a doctor’s surgery, primary school and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Just five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters.

Currently there are a number of three-bedroom homes available from £269,950 and larger five-bedroom properties priced from £449,950.

The view home will be open from Saturday 18th April, for more information visit the development off Peacock Lane, Bracknell, or log on to redrow.co.uk.
