Apartment sales soar at The Parks

The stylish collection of one and two-bedroom homes are available to qualifying customers using the Government’s First-Time Buyer Initiative, through which those with a household income of less than £60,000 can receive a low-interest loan covering up to 50% of the purchase price of their new apartment.
The scheme has helped apartments The Parks to be snapped up at the rate of more than one a week since the start of the year – and now just 24 remain for sale.
One of the stunning apartments quick-off-the-mark first-time buyers can secure is the ‘Hylands Court’ design, a contemporary home to suit couples, individuals or young families which features a large living room opening through to a contemporary kitchen complete with fitted units and an integrated oven, hob and hood, a master bedroom with en-suite, a second double bedroom and a main bathroom off the private entrance hallway.
Like all new homes at The Parks, each of the apartments enjoys a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen including built-in oven, hob and hood.
The First-Time Buyer Initiative is part of a range of special incentives George Wimpey provides for its customers, which also includes the new HomeBuy Direct scheme.
Through HomeBuy Direct, qualifying customers can receive a five-year interest-free loan covering up to 30% of the purchase price of their new home.
Homeowners can also receive assistance from George Wimpey to find a buyer for their current property, and have their estate agency fees paid.
Full details and the terms and conditions of each scheme are available by speaking to the Sales Executive at The Parks.
