Bryant enjoys launch success At Cranford Pines Since Cranford Pines opened its doors last month, Bryant’s expert consultants have welcomed a flurry of visitors – and have already taken six reservations at the new development.

House hunters have been attracted by the intimate nature of Cranford Pines, comprising just 34 homes in total. Located in the desirable market town of Wokingham, the development has a range of homes suitable for all purchasers, from two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom starter homes through to large four-bedroom detached family properties.

Neil Simpson, regional sales and marketing director of Bryant Homes, said: “Cranford Pines offers an appealing semi-rural proposition, which explains why we have already seen such interest from house hunters. The development will be surrounded by trees to offer a secluded setting, but is also close to the amenities of Wokingham town centre.

“Six eager purchasers have already snapped up homes, benefiting from the pick of the plots by buying off plan. I’d invite anyone thinking of moving to come and visit the development for themselves, as our professionally-styled Salisbury showhome offers an insight into the quality homes on offer at Cranford Pines.”

Currently available at Cranford Pines is a selection of two-bedroom apartments ideal for first time buyers, with prices starting from £184,995. Growing families or young professionals might consider the three-bedroom Spurminster from £274,995. For those in need of plenty of space to accommodate the needs of busy modern life, the detached four-bedroom Salisbury is priced from £399,995.

In 2007, Halifax Estate Agents named Wokingham the number one place to live in the UK and it’s easy to see why. Set within the beautiful Berkshire countryside, Wokingham combines a fantastic position and rich heritage with an excellent range of amenities. This historic market town benefits from a wide variety of shopping and leisure facilities, including a modern sports and fitness centre and Bearwood Lakes golf course.

For families, the area is well served by primary and secondary schools, including The Hawthorns Primary School and Emmbrook Infants, Junior and Secondary Schools, all of which are less than a mile from Cranford Pines.

Getting out and about is easy and the location is ideal for commuters. The M4 is less than 5 miles away while Wokingham Station provides regular services to London Waterloo, Reading, Guildford and Gatwick. Wokingham is just six miles from the centre of Reading and just over 30 miles from the shops and cultural highlights of London.

People wishing to find out more information about Cranford Pines should visit the development off Old Forest Road, or log on to Bryant.co.uk.
