Transforming a new house into a home Interior designers will be on hand at Antler Homes’ Newlands Chase development in Maidenhead this weekend to offer advice on how to transform the development’s final house in to a home.

Plot 5 at Newlands Chase is a detached four bedroom family home and is ready for immediate occupation. On June 20th and 21st there will be an interior design weekend, where designers will be on hand to offer tips on advice on how it can be transformed to a dream home. From curtains and wall coverings to flooring and gardens, experts will be available to share their knowledge.

The last home at Newlands Chase has just been reduced and is now on the market for £699,950. As well as an integral garage, the ground floor also features a dining room and living room. The key feature of the ground floor, however, is the open plan kitchen, breakfast and family room which offers expansive living space and direct access to the landscaped back garden. The first floor features four bedroom and a study. Two of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the benefit of en-suite facilities and there is a family bathroom serving the remaining two bedrooms.

Newlands Chase is an exclusive gated development offering just five detached family homes. Located in a sought after part of Maidenhead, off a private road, the development is well placed for the A404 which in turn gives access to the M4 and the M40.

To find out more about the final home, visit during the interior design weekend on June 20th and 21st. Alternatively, the show home is open Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm, or visit antlerhomes.co.uk for further information.
