New development promises to be out of this world!

2nd April 2007 Print
CGI of Space in Bedminster Award-winning housebuilder Linden Homes has been granted resolution to grant planning for its Space development on Parson Street in Bedminster. The exciting scheme will see the creation of 44, one and two bedroom apartments with the provision of affordable housing.

Last orders for pub site . . .
Space is on the former site of The Enterprise Inn pub, which had a very poor reputation locally and has now been demolished. As part of the section 106 planning agreement Linden Homes will make a contribution to local spending, which will include funding the library, education, public open spaces and transport.

The legacy continues . . .
Space follows on from the success of Linden’s previous West Quarter scheme, also in Bedminster, and looks set to continue the legacy by providing luxury apartments in this popular area.

Toby Ballard, Managing Director of Linden Homes comments: “Our West Quarter scheme sold off-plan incredibly quickly and with Bristol’s property market still buoyant and Savills predicting a 7% rise in house prices for Bristol this year, Space will undoubtedly emulate the success of its predecessor.”

The scheme is expected to launch May 07. For further information, visit the website at Lindenhomes.co.uk.
