Fast track graduate: Charles Church Western

Bradley Mears has joined Charles Church Western region, based in Yate, Bristol where he has recently completed the graduate scheme. Mears initially joined Westbury on 5th December 2005 on their graduate scheme, working primarily at the St James development in Cheltenham before being asked to start working out of the Yate office in March 2006.

Subsequent to the Westbury acquisition there was no doubt as to whether Mears would stay on the scheme because he believes in the Premium brand of Charles Church.

Mears comments: “I graduated from Southampton University in 2002 with a 2:1 BSc Honours degree in Geography and I am honoured to be working for such a highly regarded housebuilder which offers me the uncertainty of what each week might throw up. The scheme has definitely taught me the importance of accountability and I hope to one day be at the helm of a profitable and happy ship.

“I still find it hard to believe that fate has enabled me to work for a company that a close school friend’s father set up many years ago.”
