Topping out at Bristol Business Park
Developers of the highly acclaimed Bristol Business Park, Royal London Asset Management and Bristol and England Properties Ltd, were delighted this week to celebrate a topping out ceremony to mark the completion of the main structure of two prestigious new office buildings. The two new buildings, Vertex 630 and 620, offer 33,200 sq ft and 14,100 sq ft respectively of open plan modern office space with a car parking ratio of 1:244 sq ft, and will provide further opportunities within the park for occupiers with requirements of up to 47,300 sq ft when they are completed in October this year.
The buildings are located in prominent positions at the forefront of the park and overlooking the Avon Ring Road (A4174), and new occupiers will join existing companies including Motability Finance, Broadcom, QinetiQ, Rolls Royce, Thales and UWE, which were attracted to the 35 acre park by the high quality space, landscaped environment and strategic location close to both Bristol city centre and the motorway network.
Joanna Skinner at Knight Frank said: “We are delighted to have reached this important stage of such a significant construction project on schedule and now look forward to the completion of the buildings later this year.”
Catherine Collis at Alder King added: “Much interest has already been generated on the business park due to the limited out-of-town development in North Bristol currently as well as the attraction of being within close proximity of Bristol Parkway train station whilst retaining the benefit of direct access to the M32 and all motorway networks.”
