Barratt brings successful iPad starter homes to Bristol

7th August 2007 Print
An innovative iPad from Barratt Homes Barratt Homes’ innovative iPads are on the way to Bristol with interest expected to be high in these one and two bedroom starter homes. The iPads will be among the 151 new homes to be built at Barratt Homes’ Hazel Grove development at Henbury. Three and four-bedroom family homes will also be available at the development which has just been granted planning permission.

Sales director Louise Ware said the iPads have proved a huge success in elsewhere in the country and now Bristol buyers can take advantage of these homes.

Due for launch in January 2008, Hazel Grove enjoys an excellent location. Henbury boasts a three-star hotel and a large comprehensive school, as well as ample opportunities for leisure pursuits. There are two local golf courses, trout fishing at Blagden and Chew Valley Lake and salmon fishing on the River Wye.

Historic attractions include Blaise Castle and Mansion House - with 400 acres of woodland walks - a 12th century church and Blaise Hamlet, a unique collection of cottages dating back to 1810 and designed by world famous architect John Nash.

The city of Bristol – with its shops, theatres, museums and airport - is close by and if you need some serious retail therapy, the Cribbs Causeway Shopping Complex is within easy reach.
