Persimmon returns to Bristol

1st February 2008 Print
Persimmon returns to Bristol Leading house builder Persimmon Homes will be returning to Bristol in 2008 with the launch of a brand new residential development.

College Mews in Ashley Down will offer a range of three and four bedroom townhouses on the first phase, alongside a choice of apartments within the second phase refurbishment of existing Allan House.

With phase one offering contemporary townhouse homes spread across three storeys and built in a mix of brick, render and stone finishes, College Mews will bring an attractive new community to Ashley Down in a delightful tree lined location.

“We are delighted to be bringing our first Persimmon Homes development to Ashley Down this year,” commented Carole Negus, field sales manager for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley. “Located just a few minutes drive from the city centre, this development is ideal for those looking for a peaceful location within easy reach of all Bristol has to offer.

“ The three storey design of the homes here is follows the popularity of similar properties in Portishead and Weston-super-Mare and I’m confident they will prove equally successful with Bristol house hunters looking for a home with flexible living space.”

The first phase of homes at College Mews are expected to be released for off plan sales in late February.

Situated off Ashley Down Road and adjacent to City of Bristol College, College Mews is ideally placed for commuters, with both the M32 and Montpelier train station just a couple of miles away.
