Parents looking to invest in a property for their son or daughter to live in while at university could find the ideal solution at a new urban village close to the University of the West of England. The first properties are on sale now, with prices from £164,995 for a one-bedroom apartment, from £196,995 for a two-bedroom apartment, from £260,995 for a three-bedroom house and from £336,995 for a four-bedroom house. The first new homes will be ready to move into later this year. The whole development will be phased over a number of years.
