New Barratt development comes to Bristol suburb Summer sees the launch of Page Court, Barratt's brand new development in the suburb of Downend in Bristol. "This development will offer something for everyone," reports Andrea Pilgrim, Barratt sales manager.

"We will be providing a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes. The smaller homes will appeal to first-time buyers and downsizers, while the larger houses will be ideal for families.

"Two new show homes, in the Radleigh and Marlowe house styles, will be opening in July," she continued. "The Radleigh is a traditional detached house with four bedrooms, while the Marlowe is a three-storey property with five-bedrooms. Both come with garages.

"The show homes will give visitors an idea of the high standards they can expect from homes at this development. We will be offering a range of buyer incentives, including help for first-time buyers and part exchange options for people moving up to a larger home."

The parish of Downend was formed in 1874 and local amenities include The Willy Wicket country pub and restaurant, a sports centre, a library and schools. The Kendleshire Golf Club and Cleeve Hill Tennis Club are close by.

Page Court is conveniently situated for commuters. The nearby A4174 and M32 provide easy access to the thriving city of Bristol and Avonmouth, while the M5 and M4 provide links to Gloucester, Bath and Swindon.
