Barratt brings buyer out of rented accommodation Barratt’s stunning character development Fieldways in Paulton has attracted a buyer after six years of being in rented accommodation. Sales manager Michelle Edwards had no desire to move and with the property market looking questionable; her dream of a village location near to the country and decent amenities seemed a distant reality until she discovered what Fieldways had to offer.

“The character of the properties at Fieldways is reflective of the miner’s era with beautiful stone exteriors yet boasting all the interior features of a modern home. Efficient heating, power shower and a utility room were excellent attractions to the design,” said Michelle.

Michelle purchased a four bedroom Dumont design which ticked all the boxes of an excellent location with a larger property that met all her needs and a south facing garden which isn’t overlooked.

“The location is just idyllic with the development providing a real community feel. I’m just minutes from the country and only a 20 minute drive to Bath city centre,” concluded Michelle.

There are now just two of the four bedroom Dumont designs remaining at the Fieldways development so Barratt is urging buyers to contact or visit the sale office as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

There is also one and two bedroom coach houses and three bedroom semi detached houses available at the development with prices starting at just £99,995.

Fieldways is located in Paulton, a large village to the north of the Mendip Hills, and local amenities include supermarkets, a library, schools and pubs. The village is close to the market town of Midsomer Norton and the former coal-mining town of Radstock. The A37 and A39 provide easy links to the thriving cities of Bristol and Bath.
