Barratt showcases local art at Bristol development Page Court, Barratt’s exciting development at Downend in Bristol, recently teamed up with Riverbank Art Centre to showcase work by local artists. Art depicting the surrounding area together with dramatic abstract exhibits were on display in the showhome with the variety appealing to a wide range of art lovers and potential buyers.

“The showhome at Page Court proved the perfect backdrop to exhibit the artwork,” said Barratt sales director Louise Ware.

“It’s great to be working with local artists and much of this exhibition has given prospective buyers an insight into the beautiful landscape that that surrounds Bristol and some great inspiration about what would look good on the walls of their new homes.”

Artist Gill Punter was among the exhibitors where work ranged from traditional oil paintings through to stunning abstract canvases and a great focus on local landmarks.

Page Court is a development of three, four and five-bedroom homes. Current availability includes a selection of four and five-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £302,995. Part exchange is available on selected plots.

With both Downend Road and Staple Hill high street just a short walk away, there are numerous shops, restaurants and pubs for Page Court residents to enjoy.

Sport enthusiasts can take advantage of the Kingswood Leisure Centre and the Kendleshire Golf Club, and local parks - including the King George V Playing Fields and Page Park – are also close by. The development is also proving popular with families seeking good schools in the area.
