The art of outdoor living A beautiful yet contemporary addition to your outdoor space can be found with the Outpost Pod, a visually stunning, avant garde construction that is a superb addition to any garden.

Outpost Design based within the Shropshire countryside use ecologically friendly, locally sourced timber from well-managed renewable woodland and each Pod is handmade to order by skilled craftsmen with both pride and focus on quality and professionalism.

Acclaimed for their commissioned and bespoke furniture, contemporary designers Martin Howard and Chris Nangle have collaborated on the design and specification of the Outpost Pod resulting in a fresh, new outdoor space and inspirational garden feature.

Functional both day and night, the Outpost Pod provides the perfect location for al fresco entertainment or just pure, unadulterated relaxation. For kids too, the Outpost Pod offers so much more than just a play space, with optional seating that converts into a double camp bed, warm summer evenings and teenage sleepovers can be spent in comfort under the stars.

Weatherproof screens are included with the garden Pod and a range of furniture and soft furnishing can also be supplied to further enhance this exceptional outdoor space. The Pod is designed and constructed to allow for natural movement, and is supplied pre-oiled and protected against fungal and insect attack.

The standard size of each pod is 2.35m height x 2.4m width x 2.6m depth and is supplied with a ten year guarantee for additional peace of mind. Decking can also be supplied in the shape and size of your choice, ensuring that year after year any garden is transformed into an additional living space.

To assist further in planning for the installation of a garden Pod, Outpost Design provide a visualisation service in which customers can electronically supply a photograph of their garden or outdoor space, which will be returned showing the installed Pod.
