Orchid fever hits London

19th February 2008 Print
Visit the RHS London Orchid Show and catch a glimpse of the world’s most beautiful, rare and exotic orchids. Whether you want to invest in a rare £100 orchid or are looking to pick up a plant for just £5, the RHS London Orchid Show, Saturday 15 – Sunday 16 March, is the perfect place to enjoy thousands of the finest orchids from around the world.

As one of the world’s longest running orchid shows, the RHS London Orchid Show is also the event at which the world’s leading orchid growers launch new hybrids and their most exotic specimens. Amongst the new plants at this show will be two dazzling pink cymbidiums from McBean’s Orchids, whilst Equatorial Plants will be bringing newly described dendrochilum species to the show.

The RHS London Orchid Show offers visitors the rare opportunity to purchase an orchid directly from expert growers. Over 30 exhibitors from countries as far afield as Taiwan, Colombia, Venezuela and Brazil will be unveiling their displays. With exotic hybrids, rare species and traditional varieties to choose from there is an orchid to suit every taste and match every budget.
