Vie sold out as Redrow announces new Manchester venture

First time buyers, couples, buy to let novices, empty nesters, investors, parents buying for children … just some of the people who have snapped up an apartment at Vie in Castlefield. And now, after a successful run that’s lasted around two and a half years, all 207 apartments are sold out at the iconic Vie, as Redrow gets ready to launch its next new venture – in Crumpsall.

Redrow already has a presence at Crescent Vale, on Charminster Drive – as the first phase of this development featured family homes in a range of two, three and four-bedroom designs.

Now the house builder has received planning permission to build 99 new apartments, that are sure to appeal to young buyers, couples and those trading down, who want to be near the city buzz, yet not live right in the heart of things.

Crumpsall is the perfect place to do this – located just four miles out of the city, and offering residents a vibrant town that includes all the typical amenities. It is also perfectly positioned for the motorway network, as the new M60 extension provides links to M62, M66 and M56.

The apartments are expected to start from around £130,000 and will include secure parking.
