Oon Hseong Tan and his wife Hui Ching Loo First Time Buyers Oon Hseong Tan and his wife Hui Ching Loo had been searching high and low for a house so they could make their first step onto the property ladder.

They fell in love with their Charles Church home at Fairhills Point the first time they saw it and they liked it so much they recommended their friends, who have also purchased there.

The couple, who previously rented a property in Salford, stumbled across Fairhills Point in Irlam by mistake but decided to have a look around the development anyway, explains Oon. “We had been looking to buy a new home for a few months but hadn’t seen anything we liked.”

“We drove past the development, saw the signs and decided to pull in and have a look. We had looked at other new developments but, as soon as we stepped into the show house we knew we wanted to buy at Fairhills Point.”

Oon and Hui bought a four bedroom townhouse at the development and its appeal prompted them to recommend it to their friends Mr and Mrs Quek who also bought from Charles Church. The two couples now live just doors apart!

“We were initially looking for a detached house but when we saw the townhouse we knew that three storey living was for us. Now we have moved in and are settled we absolutely love living over three floors.”

There are a selection of townhouses on offer at Fairhills Point, with something to suit buyers with differing requirements. All townhouses offer flexible family living over three storeys and with three and four bedrooms, each has an individuality, which makes it different from the others. The top floor of The Leicester is dedicated to the master bedroom which has en-suite facilities and built-in wardrobes as well as generous bedroom space. The Denbigh and The Chichester offer the master bedroom, en-suite and a lounge on the first floor. The top floor comprises of two bedrooms and a study.

Fairhills Point has a selection of two bedroom apartments, three, four and five bedroom townhouses and detached houses homes and is situated in a residential location in Irlam and just nine miles west of Manchester. Fairhills Road, adjacent to the development, leads to Irlam’s main shopping areas which offers shops to cater for every day needs. Irlam is ideally positioned for access to the national motorway system, with both the M60 and M6 within easy reach. Manchester International Airport is just nine miles away.

Why not make a visit yourself and see the variety of homes which Charles Church currently has on offer. Prices at Fairhills Point range from £133,500 to £349,995 and the showhome is open from Thursday to Monday between 10.30am and 5.30pm. Alternatively, visit Charleschurch.com for more information.
