Tarporley at Brookes Park, Monton Miller Homes has confirmed that the choice of incentives created for its new Brookes Park development in Monton will be extended in August. The successful launch on 9th and 10th June attracted serious buyers to the development and proves the underlying demand for new homes in the area.

With almost daily news reports about the housing market and recent interest rate rises coupled with housing shortages and HIPs there is a lot of confusion in the market place. Miller Homes has taken the initiative and introduced a range of incentives to give clarity and make it easier for people to buy a new home.

At its Brookes Park development, buyers can take advantage of 5% deposit paid or 105% part exchange on selected plots. Brookes Park offers a choice of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and four bedroom family homes. With people struggling to get on the property ladder, or looking to downsize to release equity, Miller Homes has seen apartments increase in popularity in recent years. A new apartment offers purchasers an easy to maintain home, with flexible space designed for modern living.

At Brookes Park, Miller Homes offers its ‘Astbury’ and ‘Chatham’ apartment designs. The ‘Astbury’ makes ingenious use of space, to create a stylish and functional 1 bedroom home. The geometry of the rooms gives this apartment real character. The 2 bedroom ‘Chatham’ offers 555sq ft of living area.

The clever design of the space, with an adjoining contemporary kitchen, means that cooking and household chores are kept away from the living and dining space but people can still chat to guests when entertaining. The kitchen is remarkably well appointed with practical stainless steel oven, gas hob, chimney style extractor hood and 1, ½ bowl sink and splash back. Prices for an apartment at Brookes Park start at £81,165.

Eccles has recently benefited from a regeneration programme, carried out by Salford City Council and is fast becoming a property hot spot. The leafy suburb of Monton is now a thriving area and offers local shopping, restaurants and thanks to the M602 and M62, is an ideal location for commuting to Manchester and Liverpool.

Over 34% of people moving into a property in the Eccles are moving there from surrounding areas. Eccles is also proving an attractive alternative for people living in Trafford and Manchester / Greater Manchester. Once people move to the area they often choose stay within it for their next property purchase.
