Billinge Hospital in Wigan set for redevelopment

6th August 2007 Print

A selection of two bedroom apartments and four and five bedroom homes will be developed, with building work due to start later this year. The majority of the houses at Billinge Hospital will also be detached, so they are worth waiting for.

Claire Jarvis, Sales Manager, says: “Charles Church is delighted to be coming to the area of Wigan and to be able to offer great apartments and homes. At this stage early birds are urged to register their interest now and to even buy off-plan – a way of purchasing a house which enables the purchaser to pick the plot of choice and chose from a selection of fixtures and fittings. This development will be popular and so I would urge people to register their interest now on the number below to avoid disappointment.”

Having celebrated its fortieth anniversary in 2005, Charles Church has grown to establish itself as one of the country’s foremost housebuilding brands, whilst maintaining its unrivalled reputation for the design and quality of the country homes, landmark city and waterside schemes it builds.

Not only does the scope of its developments encompass a range of traditionally designed homes, but now also embraces contemporary and exciting architectural styles and breathes new life into redundant historic and commercial buildings through their sensitive conversion and restoration.

What remains the same, however, is the company’s emphasis on exacting standards and attention to detail at every stage of the construction process, enabling it to achieve in its homes a totally unmistakable quality and sense of style.
