Liz and Adam Ross part-exchanged a three bedroom townhouse for a stunning new five bedroom detached home at Chapelfield Park.

Liz (25), a teacher at a local primary school and Adam (26), an accountant, both prefer new build properties and are delighted with their spacious new house.

Liz said: “We love our new home because it has so much space and the room sizes are enormous. My family live in London and they often visit so there is plenty of room for everyone to stay.

“This is our third new build property and we’re really pleased with how quick and easy the move was. The part-exchange process meant that there was no need to worry about the costs and stress of selling our old home. It was all taken care of by George Wimpey Manchester.

“New build properties are great because they’re ready to move into straight away and require far less maintenance than older properties. Another cost saving benefit is that you can also choose the design of the kitchen and bathroom so that they are to your taste.”

Elaine Rawcliffe, sales executive at the development said: “Liz and Adam are among the first buyers to move into Chapelfield Park and I’m delighted to see that they’re so happy with their new home.

“Chapelfield Park is a fantastic development, with stunning views over the nearby golf course. We’ve also just opened a superb new show area – a four bedroom, three storey Cranage show home and a two bedroom Oslo show apartment. Both have been beautifully designed by award-winning interiors company, Connections in Design and I’m sure visitors will be amazed with the results.”

Located on Stand Lane, Chapelfield Park is an impressive development of 138 properties comprising a range of two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom townhouses. Prices start at £139,995 for an apartment and £207,995 for a four bedroom, three storey Cranage townhouse.

Ideally situated just outside the main shopping centre of Radcliffe and a short drive from the local town centres of Whitefield and Bury, the development is in a pleasant residential location with a range of local amenities. Some of the homes also offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby golf course.

Conveniently placed between two major motorways in the North West, the M60 and M66, Chapelfield Park also offers commuters easy access to the national motorway network.

For more information about the development or to view the new show area, call into the sales information centre off Stand Lane, which is open seven days a week between 10am and 5.30pm.
