Gladedale launches second phase at Old Trafford

For the second phase only, Gladedale is offering a free secure, underground car parking space – worth £10,000 – with selected apartments.
Greg Mulligan, regional director for Gladedale Manchester, said: “Pulse has been popular mainly due its price and location. These apartments are being built to a high standard of specification, are only around a mile away from Manchester City Centre and are competitively priced.
“The interest has come from first time buyers and parents buying a home for their children studying at university or college; it’s a great long-term investment for them.
“Old Trafford is ideal for people who want the city lifestyle without the huge price tag that comes with it; Pulse offers this at an affordable cost. By offering a free car parking space on some of the apartments, we hope we are making it even easier for first time buyers to get their foot onto the property ladder."
Work to create the 42 one bedroom and 108 two bedroom apartments is well underway and first completions are scheduled for December 2007 with the balance to follow throughout 2008.
The £17 million development was named Pulse given its location in the heart of Old Trafford. The building will have a contemporary design and many of the homes will feature a balcony. In the centre of the development, there will be an open, relaxing courtyard with landscaped gardens and walkways.
Pulse is ideally situated close to the Metrolink which gives easy access to the City Centre and Altrincham and the renowned Manchester United football stadium is just one mile away.
Greg added: “We are investing in Old Trafford because it is a thriving town with a growing community. It’s a great area with lots of history and high-profile buildings including Manchester United Football Club and Lancashire County Cricket Club.”
Prices at Pulse start at £122,500.
The marketing suite is open daily from 10.30am and 5pm. For more information on Pulse or to register your interest, visit Pulse-oldtrafford.co.uk.
