Unwrap a new home this Christmas

Unwrap a new home this Christmas Homehunters in the Stockport area could be unwrapping a brand new home this Christmas, thanks to a range of festive deals on offer from Redrow Homes. Buyers at Redrow’s Cooper Court development in Hazel Grove can take advantage of a choice of offers to help take the strain out of moving home.

Barbara Wright, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (North West) says: “We understand that moving house can put a strain on the finances and takes some planning, especially during the festive period when people have so much else going on, so we are doing our bit to make life easier for home hunters.”

Available on selected plots, offers include a variety of money saving incentives, including up to £500 per calendar month for two years towards the mortgage, which is a great ‘financial cushion’ for any home buyer. Alternatives include five per cent deposit paid – great for those struggling to get a cash sum together up front -, or purchasers can pay just £99 and move in.

Another option is for buyers to choose to have their new home fully carpeted and curtains fitted before they move in, saving them time as well as money.

Cooper Court, located three miles away from Stockport, is attracting buyers who want to be able to combine their professional city lives with a little bit of peace and relaxation at home.

The appeal isn’t difficult to see – Manchester city centre is less than half an hour away by rail or car, making it the perfect choice for commuters and those who love being close to the buzz of the city, without living right in the middle of the action. And of course Stockport with all its amenities is almost on the doorstep.

But while Cooper Court offers easy access to urban life, the semi-rural location of charming Hazel Grove village is another draw, with the local reservoir right behind the development offering the perfect opportunity for a waterside stroll.

Barbara adds: “By choosing Cooper Court, buyers don’t have to decide between access to the city or a relaxing way of life, they can have both - and we have a variety of property type and size available.”

Cooper Court will eventually feature 98 two and three-bedroom mews and town houses and two-bedroom apartments from Redrow’s property portfolio.

Available homes include two-bedroom apartments priced from £156,000, two-bedroom houses from £169,950 and three-bedroom houses, including the Ivel, from £229,950.

Travel connections from Hazel Grove are excellent with easy access to the A6, which links to the motorways network, leading to Manchester and beyond. There is also a local railway station which will take people straight into Manchester Piccadilly in 30 minutes.

For more information on Cooper Court and the choice of incentives currently being offered pop down to the development on Cooper Street, Hazel Grove , where you can check out the beautiful Avon show apartment, or log onto Redrow.co.uk/developments/view/10.
