Investors offered 6% rental guarantees until 2012

Buy-to-let investors who purchase a new home from George Wimpey Manchester before the end of March will have their gross rental income guaranteed until 2012 through a simple new scheme.

The offer aims to make it easier for would-be landlords to enter the buy-to-let market by guaranteeing a gross rental yield of 6% of the purchase price for the first four years.

The scheme is available on selected properties at a number of George Wimpey Manchester developments including River View, the developer’s popular Tonge Moor site in Bolton.

George Wimpey Manchester’s approved letting agents will make life even easier for new landlords by finding a tenant for them and they’ll still receive monthly rental payments, even if their property is empty.
