Finding the right home in the right location is always a tough task. Purchasers often find themselves liking a house, but not the location or they will face the dilemma of wanting to live in a specific area but not being able to find the right property.

At Heald Point Charles Church is offering great homes in a great location - what more could a purchaser ask for? Offering a selection of two bedroom apartments and four bedroom detached homes, Heald Point is well placed for access to Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport and the motorway.

Just nine miles away - or a 15 minute train journey from the nearby Heald Green station - is the hustle and bustle of Manchester city centre. As well as a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants, the city is also home to plenty of museums, cinemas and concert venues and two Premiership football clubs. Even closer to home is Manchester Airport, which is just two miles away.

Heald Point's proximity to the airport makes the development the perfect venue for airport staff to make home. And for those who rely on the motorway network for work or play, the development offers easy access to both junctions 4 and 5 of the M56 which leads to the M60 ring road and the M6.

Heald Point will offer two bedroom apartments and 14 detached four bedroom homes, in two different designs. The apartments come in three different designs, and are located over three levels, with each offering a master bedroom which has direct access to the family bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining and living room area. The two bedroom apartments have en-suite facilities to the master bedroom.

The Cheadle is a four bedroom home with integrated garage, and boasts a living/dining area on the ground floor as well as a kitchen. The first floor is home to four bedrooms, including the master suite and bedroom two, which both have en-suite facilities. A family bathroom serves the remaining two bedrooms. The Wilmslow benefits from a similar layout, but has an open plan kitchen/dining area and a separate lounge area.

The development itself is within walking distance of Heald Green village - an area which boats a community atmosphere and which is home to one of the oldest pubs in the UK and a Michelin starred restaurant.

The development is launching soon, and is certain to be a hit with purchasers who will take pleasure in finding the right product in the right location. To register your interest, or for further information, visit Charleschurch.com.
