A delightful development in Droylsden Bellway Manchester has just announced plans for an exciting new development that forms part of the larger regeneration of Droylsden Marina. The development, named Sapphire Point, is situated off Manchester Road, and will comprise 90 houses and apartments.

The site, which was previously derelict land, will be transformed by Bellway Manchester with a selection of high quality properties including one and two bedroom apartments plus three and four bedroom homes.

Situated on the edge of the Manchester and Ashton Under Lyne canal and with the blossoming Droylsden town centre close by, the properties proposed by Bellway promise to be popular.

Furthermore, more with ambitious plans underway to regenerate the marina area with a leisure centre, retail outlet and hotel, Droylsden is fast becoming Manchester’s latest ‘hot spot’.

Lynne Duxbury, Bellway Manchester’s sales manager, comments: “To be part of the Droylsden Marina is very exciting. Sapphire Point is a special development in an up-and –coming area and it is certain to attract a high level of interest now that build has commenced.”

Sapphire Point is placed in a prime location, offering easy access to the M60 and M67 motorways and Fairfield train station. Manchester city centre is close by and with the proposed Metrolink extension planned for 2009 for Manchester Road, the development caters for all transport needs across the North West and beyond.

Prices for the three bedroom townhouses have just been released and start from £185,500.
