Have a head start in Hyde

22nd May 2008 Print
Have a head start in Hyde With Barratt Manchester offering a fabulous deal on two bedroom apartments, first time buyers can get ahead of the game when it comes to buying a property.

The stunning homes at Beechfields in Hyde come with a roomy lounge/dining room, en suite to the master bedroom and fully-fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, washer-dryer and larder fridge, with stainless steel open, hob and extractor fan hood - in all the kind of extras not normally seen in a first home.

"We're in a great location near the train station and have great motorway connections," says sales negotiator Sue Dent. "And these homes are perfect for the young person or couple setting up home as they offer so much."

The two properties currently on release will be ready to move into at the end of June and are on release at £129,500 and £132,150.

For first time buyers and key workers those prices are reduced to a starting price of £110,075 under the Head Start scheme. It means that buyers can own 100 per cent of the property for 85 per cent payment. The remaining 15 per cent only becomes payable to Barratt when the property is sold, transferred or after 10 years, which ever is the soonest. The amount payable is calculated on the property at that time.

The marketing suite for Beechfields on Newton Road in Hyde is usually open seven days a week from 11am to 6pm, or go online at Barratthomes.co.uk.
