First time buyers given a sporting chance

First time buyers and key workers who believe owning their own house is simply out of the question will find their dreams of buying a home could be a reality this weekend as Countryside Properties unveils its brand new show home for the final phase of Sportcity Living.
Comprising a striking collection of two, three and four bedroom homes, the final phase of this impressive development includes 28 homes available for purchase through the acclaimed First Time Buyer Initiative (FTBI).
This will enable key workers and first time buyers to buy a brand new house by contributing an affordable 50% towards the full purchase price.
The remainder is then funded by English Partnerships, the government agency leading the rejuvenation of communities across England.
Countryside Properties' regional sales director, Martin Leggett said: "We're very conscious of how this country's younger generations are finding it difficult to step onto the first rung of the property ladder - and owning a house can seem impossible for most. That's why we want budding homeowners to join us this Sunday for a glass of bubbly, a bite to eat and to see for themselves exactly what is now affordable through the FTBI at this impressive development."
A number of two and three bedroom houses are now available for purchase at Sportcity Living under the FTBI, requiring a 50% contribution of £74,975. Interested parties are invited to pop along to the sales and marketing suite on Ashton New Road under the B of the Bang and next to the City of Manchester stadium this Sunday 17th August from 11am until 6pm to enjoy an array of light refreshments.
