MiWay offered at Zen luxury apartments

The price of luxury living is going down! Miller Homes are offering its MiWay, pay 75% now and 25% later, option on just three apartments at its Zen Buildings off Chorley New Road in Bolton.

Zen buildings is a flag ship development by Miller Homes. Now in to its third and final phase, the luxury apartments feature undercroft parking, secluded tree-lined setting, private courtyard garden, stylish design, luxury fixtures and fittings, terraces and balconies and a choice apartment sizes ranging up to over 1,100 square feet.

When the loan term is up, after ten years - or earlier if the buyer chooses to sell before the end of the term - the amount repayable will depend on the open market valuation of the property at that time.

If the property has gone up, buyers pay 25% of the increased value. Conversely, if the property has gone down in value, buyers will only have to pay 25% of the decreased value. With the scheme Miller Homes will also pay the Stamp Duty and legal fees, further reducing the cost of acquiring luxury lifestyle.
