Peace and quiet at Storm

10th September 2008 Print
Peace and quiet at Storm Despite the name, Barratt Manchester's Storm at Beechfields development in Hyde is in a secluded, tree-lined setting with peace and quiet on tap. The small development is situated on Newton Street yet is within minutes' drive of the motorway network and city centre and a few minutes' walk of the train station.

"There has been a lot of interest in the apartments here from young professionals needing to commute into Manchester city centre," says sales negotiator Steven Rigby.

Ready to move into now is a two -bedroom show apartment - fitted out with everything from furniture and flooring to bedding, towels and dining plates. All the buyer needs to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothes. There is also a one-bedroom home.

Other two bedroom Falkirk apartments will be ready to move into in a matter of weeks.

The show apartment is on release at £108,950. There is a two bedroom second floor apartment available for £113,050, a first floor property at £110,920 and a ground floor at £108,760. The one-bedroom home is £95,400.

All properties come with carpets and a fully-fitted kitchen with integrated washer-drier and fridge, the five per cent deposit paid plus five percent towards legal fees.
