Miller Homes event offers a £56,000 home in Leigh

Miller Homes has announced a special event to help home buyers beat the ‘Credit Crunch’. On Wednesday 19 November they are hosting a ‘Buying MiWay’ open day at the house builders’ ‘Greenwich Gardens’ development off Leigh Road, Leigh.

“It is easy to get the impression that it is all bad news in the property market at present. It is worth noting that there were over 59,000 house sales in September and 60,000 in August. Whilst these figures are lower than a year ago, it shows that with prices low and new build incentives high, the smart people see now as a great time to buy.”
