Buyers urged to move quickly to catch new family homes in Monton

Buyers urged to move quickly to catch new family homes in Monton Just two new family homes now remain at Miller Homes’ popular Brookes Park development in Monton. The ‘Latimer’ or ‘Poynton’ house designs are both now available with Miller-Movers incentives, which enable buyers to take advantage of a number of attractive offers.

Individually priced at £224,950, both the ‘Latimer’ or the ‘Poynton’ offer buyers flexible, spacious living accommodation over three floors.

The ‘Latimer’ features an integral garage and master bedroom with en-suite.

The open plan kitchen dining area has French doors opening to the garden which softens the barrier between inside and outside. This link with the outside is carried through to the first floor lounge, which also has French doors opening on to a Juliette balcony.

In the ‘Poynton’ the whole of the ground floor is dedicated to a spacious open-plan kitchen/family room. This great space, with French doors leading out to the rear garden, is sure to become the hub of family life. Being up on the first floor, means the lounge can be given a more grown up and relaxed feel, away from the chaos of family life. Upstairs and the master bedroom features an en-suite shower room.

Miller Homes is further encouraging home buyers to take a look at the last houses at Brookes Park by offering Miller Movers Incentives. These include removal fees paid, redundancy cover protection and carpets are all included, plus £500 towards legal fees and £500 to cover survey costs. Buyers also receive £5,000 towards their deposit or can take advantage of Miller Homes’ part exchange option, if they have a property to sell.

The houses at ‘Brookes Park’ have proved especially popular with couples and young families so younger people looking to live in an area with residents of a similar age will find Brookes Park particularly appealing.

Helen Toher-Horne, Miller Homes Sales Manager, says: “Brookes Park has proved to be a very successful development and has sold well. The combination of choice of property, location and value have proven to be a winning formula. I would recommend interested people to come along and see for themselves what the two remaining houses have to offer, before they miss out on the chance to secure a great deal.”

Once described as ‘the jewel in Salford’s crown, Monton is a thriving, lively village with a real sense of history. The village’s main shopping area is just yards away from the ‘Brookes Park’ development. With convenience stores, specialist retailers, hairdressers, chemists, a post office, restaurants and takeaways, it caters for people’s everyday needs. For those needing a little more retail therapy, the Trafford Centre is just 2 miles away.

Being only a few minutes drive from the M60 motorway, and around five miles from central Manchester, Brookes Park is also a great base for commuters. With trams running nearby, and it falling within the congestion charge boundary, its popularity is likely to increase further if the charge is introduced.
