Hot offers at Miller’s Birches development

People looking for the turning point in the property market should take note. New homes and apartments at Miller Homes the “Birches” in Farnworth have have been selling fast in the past few months. Now the last few are released with end of development special offers.

Miller Homes are in effect providing a 25% deposit which puts buyers in a great position to secure a 75% mortgage offer which comes with more competitive rates” says Helen.

A similarly good deal is being offered on one of the last two 1-bedroom ‘Astbury’ apartments. £500 each towards legal fees, survey fees and mortgage protection insurance is added to free carpets and even a “furniture pack”, this offer gives everything a first time buyer needs to move straight in. “Using MiWay, this apartment is £59,250 and as such the mortgage payments can be a cheaper option than renting, and you own 100% of the property” says Helen.
