Bryant makes moving easier for the Evans family

The couple left the hard work of selling their three bedroom bungalow to the house builder leaving them to enjoy the fun side of moving into their spacious new four bedroom detached home at Bryant Homes’ Cricketers View development in Little Lever.
Julie, 38, said: “We first started thinking about moving a couple of years ago when I became pregnant with our second son Oliver who’s now two. We kept putting off making a decision because of the upheaval and expense but we were both keen to buy a larger home to give Oliver and Harry, who’s now three, more space to play.
“We’d seen Cricketers View being built and so when I was on maternity leave with Oliver I went and had a look at what was available. I loved the Clifford show home and the development had a really nice community feel to it. Anne, one of the sales executives, told me about the Market Mover scheme and I’m just so grateful that this was available to us as we would never have been able to buy our dream home without it.
“We had put our house up for sale but were struggling to find a buyer until Bryant Homes took over the marketing and selling of it. Everything was so much easier because we could leave all the hard work, and the costs, to Bryant Homes. We didn’t have to worry about organising valuations or instructing estate agents or even paying agents’ fees as this was all done for us. With two young children this was such a help as we had plenty of other things to do besides the stress of trying to sell our home!”
Julie and Gareth chose to buy off-plan because they wanted to make sure they got the plot they wanted – a four bedroom detached Clifford design.
Julie added: “I fell in love with the Clifford show home as soon as I saw it as it ticked all the boxes for us. It was really exciting for us all to see our home taking shape and we couldn’t wait to move in. There is plenty of space for the children as they’ve got their own play room and bathroom, as we have a luxurious en-suite of our own. The utility room is really useful for all the washing we seem to get through and now the weather is warming up the boys have also been making the most of the garden! We’re so glad we made the move.”
Bryant Homes’ Market Mover scheme allows purchasers to both agree a marketing price for their own home and reserve a new home at a fixed price, even if they still have a house to sell. Buyers don’t need to organise valuations, instruct estate agents or even pay their fees as Bryant Homes will take care of it all for them.
