Jasmine Park development launches in Manchester

Jasmine Park development launches in Manchester Househunters in Macclesfield have had their first look at George Wimpey Manchester’s newest development Jasmine Park on Whirley Road, with over 100 visitors turning up on the opening weekend.

The plush Henbury development has now officially opened its doors and is wowing visitors with two beautifully decorated show homes – the four bedroom detached Eaton and the three bedroom Ashley Mews home.

Ideally located in a sought-after area, Jasmine Park will consist of 123 homes, comprising two, three, four and five bedroom properties. Commuters and frequent travellers will appreciate the great transport links which the development affords, being close to the A537, A34 and M6, which in turn leads to the M56 and M62 connected to Liverpool, Manchester.

Chloe Dunn, field sales manager for Jasmine Park, says: “There hasn’t been a new build development in this area for about seven years, so a lot of local people were really interested to see what we could come up with. After a really successful pre-launch before Christmas we were once again inundated with visitors at our official launch weekend.

“We had a lot of compliments about our show homes and I’d urge anyone who is looking to move to come and visit us to really appreciate the selection of homes we have here, as well as the lovely community feel of the surrounding area.”

On entering the Eaton, the long hallway leads to the spacious lounge with patio doors opening onto the rear garden and kitchen with breakfast area, passing the separate dining area, storage cupboard and cloakroom on the way. Moving up to the first floor there is a beautiful master bedroom with en-suite facilities and a built-in storage cupboard, the family bathroom and three further bedrooms, one of which could easily lend itself to another design, such as study.

The Ashley opens into a hallway with cloakroom, followed by a spacious lounge area which flows through to the fitted kitchen with dining area, complemented by patio doors opening to the rear. The family bathroom and three versatile bedrooms can be found on the first floor.

One of the many property types available at Jasmine Park is the two bedroom Madrid apartment. The property features an open plan lounge and kitchen area, bathroom and an en-suite to the master bedroom. All apartments come with an allocated parking space.

Also available are the Milan and Felbridge two bedroom apartments and the three bedroom Bowden, while a selection of Ashley homes will also soon be available, with prices from £164,995.

Jasmine Park is situated just a short distance from Macclesfield town centre. The cobbled streets and quaint buildings are home to a wide variety of shops and boutiques. Macclesfield, as well as the surrounding picturesque villages of Alderley Edge, Bollington and Prestbury, benefits from a number of fine restaurants, pubs and wine bars. The area has an abundance of local leisure facilities including parks, golf courses and leisure centres.
