Part exchange to a new home in Hey Mount

Part exchange to a new home in Hey Mount Housebuilder George Wimpey Manchester is inviting homeseekers along to Hey Mount on Mount Street in Heywood on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September, between 11am and 5pm, to find out how they can part exchange their current property for a new home at the site.

Hey Mount is a stylish development of just 74 contemporary two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom townhouses. A limited number of properties at the development are available through the part exchange scheme.

Chloe Dunn, field sales manager for George Wimpey Manchester, said: “The most stressful aspect of buying a new home is selling your current property. With part-exchange you don’t have to worry about selling your house because we will buy it from you. The scheme provides you with a guaranteed buyer, a hassle free move and it removes the financial burden of estate agents’ fees.

“By using the scheme, buyers will also be entitled to our ‘House to Home removal service’, where our specialised team will pack and unpack their belongings and take care of the removal insurance – it couldn’t be simpler!”

Hey Mount is situated within walking distance of Heywood town centre.

The location is ideal for those who enjoy the great outdoors, with the historic Queens Park located in the heart of the town, and Hopwood Clough Nature Reserve in Middleton just a short drive away. Heywood also enjoys some beautiful countryside with Ashworth and Roch valleys just on the doorstep, or for the golf lover Manchester, Springfield Park and Castle Hawk golf clubs are all within a 10 minute drive.

It is ideally located for commuters to Manchester, Bradford and Leeds, as well as those travelling further afield via Manchester’s Piccadilly train station. The development is located close to the M62 motorway, which connects to the M60 and M66 and in turn the M61, M56 and M6. A regular bus service also operates from Heywood into Manchester and its surrounding towns, including Bury, Oldham and Bolton.

More information about Hey Mount is available by visiting the development itself, which is open Thursday to Monday, 11.00am until 5.00pm, or by logging on to georgewimpey.co.uk.
