Buyers view their future at East Manchester development

16th September 2009 Print
Manchester buyers can now get a taste of the high-life at Lovell’s Fairfield venture, thanks to a new four-bedroom, three-storey view home.

With it’s generous proportions and contemporary style, its no surprise the ‘Stamford’ is proving to be one of the most popular housetypes at this East Manchester development.

The newly opened view home will allow curious buyers to see for themselves, the potential of this spacious property that also features a terrace balcony off the master-bedroom.

It’s a home that’s a cut above the rest.

Elaine Taylor, regional sales manager for Lovell North West, said: “View homes are a vital tool in Lovell’s marketing strategy as they allow potential homeowners to get a feel for a property and see first hand, if it’s the one for them.

“The Stamford is a great family home that provides all the space needed for a typical growing. Its carefully planned layout comprises a fully-fitted kitchen and separate lounge on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and a master-bedroom, complete with en-site, and a fourth bedroom on the top level.

“What’s more prices for a Stamford start at just £117,950 so buyers are getting a lot of home for their money.”

Fairfields enjoys a prime location in Openshaw, an area less than three miles east of the city centre that’s undergoing a multi-million pound investment that will bring massive improvements to housing, the environment, health and education locally.

Earlier this year the final green-light was given to a £40 million District Centre close to Lovell’s development, which will include a new Morrisons supermarket, shops, offices and a health and fitness centre.

Lovell’s contribution to the regeneration of this area has replaced old terraced housing with a range of up-to-date, energy-efficient two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom homes with prices starting from just £107,950. And for those struggling to make the leap onto the property ladder, the developer is also offering shared equity.
