Buyers opt for Buttercup Meadows in Radstock

2nd October 2007 Print
Buttercup Meadows Barratt is celebrating the success of its Buttercup Meadows development in Radstock where more than 75 per cent of the new homes have already been sold. Less than six months after officially opening the select development on the outskirts of Radstock just a few homes remain.

Sales director Louise Ware said that demand had exceeded all expectations with buyers quickly signing up for the new homes.

“It has been a long time since there was any development in Radstock of this kind so we knew there was a high level of pent up demand but even we have been overwhelmed by the demand,’’ she said.

The location and surroundings have been key to the success, as has the range of homes which have particularly attracted local buyers looking to move up the housing ladder but keen to stay within Radstock.

And the bonus for buyers still looking to reserve is that the rural location means that all homes have stunning views.

Current availability includes the two detached show homes – the four bedroom Radleigh (price £302,995) and the four bedroom Thornton (price £269,995) – both of which feature a separate dining room, study, lounge with fireplace and garage.

The development is only 10 miles from Bath City Centre, which offers a wealth of cultural and retail delights. There are good road and bus links to other nearby cities and Bristol International Airport is only 13 miles away.

For details of the final homes available, visit the show homes which are open seven days a week or log onto Barratthomes.co.uk.
