Successful launch for Barratt in Paulton

Queues formed at Barratt’s new development in Paulton with eager buyers quick to reserve a new home at Fieldways which was officially launched at the weekend.

The successful launch weekend gave potential buyers the perfect opportunity to learn more about what Barratt has planned for the development and the first reservations were made within minutes of the doors opening.

First time buyers in particular were among those keen to find out more about Fieldways and register their interest in some of the two and three bedroom homes.

One, two, three and four bedroom houses are being built in the Church Street development and Barratt sales director Louise Ware said that pent up demand was quickly translated into reservations at the launch event.

“We knew that demand would be high at the official launch and we were delighted to see that we have hit the right note with buyers at Fieldways with the selection of properties we are building.”

She said the location has been key to the success. “Paulton is a village located to the north of the beautiful Mendip Hills and the development is perfect for buyers wanting a semi-rural location.”

Two showhomes have now opened at Fieldways, the three bedroom Maidstone and the popular two bedroom Roseberry.
