Housebuilder Redrow’s latest motto is ‘if Bath is good enough for a Hollywood A-lister then it’s good enough for Redrow homebuyers’. In the same city where Nicolas Cage recently purchased a classical Georgian townhouse for a rumoured £4m, Redrow is building a stylish range of three and four-bedroom townhouses.

A dozen superb quality homes at the luxurious Duodecim development – named after the Latin for number 12 - have now gone on sale in the sought after Bear Flat area of the historic Roman city and will be completed next year.
