Reunited for Valentine’s Day

Matt’s appointment last September as a surgeon at Bath Royal United Hospital took him away from his wife and home in Birmingham, however, with their new property now completed and Iga able to transfer her job to Bristol, the couple are delighted to have finally set up home in Bath.
“After spending the past six months trawling up and down the M5 it’s fantastic to finally be settled and celebrating Valentine’s Day in our new home,” commented marketing consultant, Iga. “Persimmon Homes allowed us to part exchange our existing property in Cheshire which made the whole process far easier as at the time we were living between three towns, having already relocated for my husband’s job in Birmingham. We both work long hours and with all the travelling to see each other at weekend’s it was great being able to choose our home at Pulteney View and pretty much leave everything in Persimmon’s hands until we had to move.”
The Owens chose a three/four bedroom Denbigh townhouse at the development and having reserved the property off-plan are thrilled with the end result:
“It’s a great property,” added Matt. “The elevated location on Rush Hill gives us fantastic views across the city and it’s perfectly positioned within easy reach of both Bath and Bristol. The house itself has masses of space spread across three storeys and we are really enjoying putting our own stamp on the interior décor. The exterior Cotswold stone finish is particularly attractive and whilst the property is very modern inside, it’s nice to have a traditional external finish which blends well with Bath’s historical architecture.”
“We’re really happy here and looking forward to exploring the city and getting to know our new neighbourhood over the coming months,” concluded Iga.
