When Debbie Magrath and Paul Niblett decided to move in together, they struggled to find a home which perfectly suited both of their needs. However, the Selkirk home at David Wilson Homes South West's Knights Chase development in Kingsway proved to be their knight in shining armour.

"The Selkirk's study is also a big plus point for us. As we sometimes work from home, having a separate study is a must, as it means we can shut the door on our work life at the end of the day.

"Once we had chosen our new home, the sales team were great in helping us to get everything ready and settle in. They even arranged for David Wilson Homes to sponsor us for an ‘Italian job' style mini rally which we were participating in to raise money for the NCH Children's Charity! "
