Kate, who is studying for a degree in Early Childhood Studies with the Somerset College of Art and Technology, gave birth to daughter Emily a few weeks ago.

"We've settled into our new home now, a four-bedroom detached Thornton house," she continued. "It's a lovely spacious family home and, because it's brand new, nothing needs doing, which is perfect for us.

"More families are beginning to move onto the site now but it's still very peaceful, which is nice. My husband has lived in Highbridge all his life and it's a really convenient location - close to work and not far from the beach at Burnham-on-Sea, so it's ideal for a young family."
