New arrivals at the Old Cider Works

New arrivals at the Old Cider Works Househunters in the town of Norton Fitzwarren have been wowed by Barratt's Old Cider Works and with two show homes set to open on September 14th, it is still proving a big draw.

"Show homes really seal the deal for many curious visitors - they help people to really visualise life here and how to make the most of their home," commented Louise Terry, Barratt sales manager.

The new show homes are the Ashton and Essex design. The Ashton, a two bedroom apartment currently priced at £158,950, comes with a light and airy open-plan layout combining living and dining areas. The kitchen features fitted contemporary units and a breakfasting area ideal for informal dining.

The Essex is a three bedroom mid terraced home with parking currently priced at £209,950. The well proportioned lounge benefits from a set of French doors opening onto the back garden. The house has a quality fitted kitchen and a separate dining room suitable for all occasions, while the master bedroom comes with modern en-suite facilities.

Old Cider Works is located just outside the thriving market town of Taunton and in addition to the Essex and Ashton designs, current availability also includes the Milton two bedroom apartment with parking and garage at £151,000; and the Norbury three bedroom townhouse, priced from £206,000, which includes garage and parking.

"There are a number of incentives on offer at Old Cider Works which can be tailored to match each buyer's needs," explained Louise.

The Dream Start scheme for first time buyers sees them secure a mortgage for 75 per cent of the total property price with Barratt financing the remaining 25 per cent for up to 10 years.

Within the near future a bypass to the Old Cider Works development will be set up, allowing the residents to travel direct to the development without passing through the town of Taunton.

Major roads such as the A38 and A358 and two entry points onto the M5 provides easy access to Bristol and the south west. Taunton also has a mainline train station with trains to London and west towards Devon.
