Crest Nicholson appoints agents for ICON development

Crest Nicholson has announced that it has appointed Websters as the property agents for its eco development, ICON, in Street. The development, which consists of 42 one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes, have all been designed to be highly energy efficient.

Each property features a range of energy efficient measures including solar water heating and low energy lighting. The houses are also highly insulated and feature central ventilation systems which keep energy consumption extremely low – saving money on heating bills as well as helping the planet.
