Barratt's spooky fun at The Exchange

Barratt's spooky fun at The Exchange Prospective buyers were given a unique opportunity to meet the residents at The Exchange, Barratt's popular development in Highbridge recently. "We hosted a community party with a Halloween theme, to give people a chance to view the homes on site and talk to people who have already moved in," reports Barratt sales director Andrea Pilgrim.

"Visitors and residents enjoyed a hog roast, apple bobbing, a bouncy castle and lots of fancy dress!"

"We held a street party here earlier this year, and our Halloween party gave visitors a taste of the community spirit that has been building up at The Exchange since residents started moving in," Andrea continued.

The Exchange offers a stylish selection of apartments and houses. Only 10 properties are still for sale and these include four-bedroom townhouses, two and three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments. Prices start from £135,000.

"We are committed to providing affordable homes and can offer a range of incentives, including part exchange for people moving up to a larger property and our Head Start deal for first-time buyers," Andrea added.

"Our residents include every age group, from young singles to families and the retired. We hope prospective buyers will take this opportunity to join in the fun at The Exchange, and sample the community spirit for themselves. Independent mortgage advice will be available on the day."

Highbridge lies on the beautiful Somerset levels and boasts a range of local services and facilities, including shops, pubs, restaurants and schools. The M5 offers easy access north to the thriving city of Bristol and south to Devon and the city of Exeter. Nearby Burnham-on-Sea, with its lovely coastline and golden sands, offers the perfect weekend retreat for people of all ages.
