It's good news from Barratt in Minehead

14th November 2008 Print
If you've had enough of the media's gloomy reports about the housing market, then you'll be pleased to know that Barratt has some good news for homebuyers in Minehead and the surrounding area.

"During the last four weeks we've reserved over 30 homes throughout this region," reports Tim Larner, managing director of Barratt Exeter. "We are still selling homes at a good level, and we have schemes in place to help everyone move to the home of their dreams.

"Barratt is committed to getting first-time buyers onto the property ladder and, using our Dream Start scheme, they can buy a new home at 75 per cent of the price, with the other 25 per cent being deferred for up to 10 years," Tim continued.

At Clanville Grange in Minehead, the ‘Buy of the week' is plot 37, a Lytham-style apartment with two bedrooms, carpets, curtains and parking. Originally priced at £171,950, this apartment is available for £128,962 with Dream Start.

Clanville Grange is set in an established residential area and Minehead offers a good selection of shops and day-to-day amenities. The A39 is a short drive away, offering access to junctions 23 and 24 of the M5 and providing easy routes to Devon, Taunton, Bridgwater and Bristol.
