Allure of waterside living keeps market buoyant in Port Marine

Living by the water is an aspiration shared by a great number of people. At Crest Nicholson’s Dockside development home owners were asked why they moved to the development with the majority looking for a more relaxing environment to live in and consequently seeking out waterside property. The waterside location was key to all home owners who were surveyed and was a major factor in their decision to buy at the development, with many keen to be part of the extensive regeneration by the water.

Homeowners in Devizes, which is situated next to the Kennet and Avon Canal, were looking for a more relaxed environment and lifestyle change.
