New homes to launch in North Petherton

“We anticipate opening Willstock Village at the end of the summer, when we will be releasing four and five-bedroom family homes,” said Bernice McKenna, sales director of David Wilson.
“The development is on the edge of a new country park, and we will be building a brand new range of homes - Willstock Village will be the first David Wilson South West development to feature these new designs.
“The site will also offer excellent commuter links, with easy access to neighbouring Bridgwater and Taunton via the A38,” she continued. “Junction 24 of the M5 is also close by, providing a quick route to Exeter in the south and Bristol in the north.”
Nestling in an area between the Quantock Hills and the River Parrett, North Petherton is currently undergoing a major regeneration programme. In addition to the new country park, there will be a new primary school for local families.
The nearby towns of Bridgwater and Taunton offer excellent amenities and railway links. Bridgwater is famous for its annual November carnival, while Taunton is a popular market town. The Quantock Hills has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers impressive heathland, forest and farmland scenery, ideal for nature lovers.
“Willstock Village will enjoy a prime position, and we are expecting a lot of interest from local families and people currently living outside the area,” Bernice continued. “When complete, the development will offer 64 homes, a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom houses.
“I would recommend that prospective buyers register their details with us as soon as possible, to ensure they are the first in line when properties are released for sale in the coming months,” she concluded.
